Our fabric
A blend engineered for the UAE climate
We spent months testing fabrics before settling on our signature blend. It had to breathe in Dubai's heat, hold its shape after washing, and feel substantial without feeling heavy. The result is a three-fiber composition used across our T-shirts, polos, and shirts. Built for everyday wear, matches any style and durable enough to look the same even after 1000+ washes.
Why this blend
Built for comfort, designed to last
Pure cotton wrinkles and loses shape over time. Pure polyester traps heat. Our blend takes the best qualities of both and adds Lycra for flexibility, giving you a garment that looks polished on day one and on day five hundred.

Every Rewind Apparel garment is produced locally in the UAE. This gives us direct oversight at every stage from the moment fabric arrives to the final stitch. It also means faster turnaround, fresher stock, and a supply chain we can stand behind.
Local production lets our team catch issues immediately rather than discovering problems weeks after a shipment leaves an overseas factory. The result is consistent quality across every color, every size, every run.
01 Fabric sourcing & inspection
Raw fabric is inspected for weight, consistency, and color accuracy before a single piece is cut. Off-spec rolls are rejected not reworked.

Patterns are cut to precise measurements to ensure every size from S to XXL, fits true to our size chart with minimal variation between units.
